Management and Help wanted...
Both the movie industry and the music industry have created a society at least here in the west where people to a large degree don't think much of musicians until they have received large amounts of TV video and radio play. The cheapening of music without compensation from the Internet furthers their cause, maintaining a bureaucracy for musicians to get through in order to be successful.
A team is required for even a small amount of success.
A manager might benefit from some big time inside connections, but much of the work that needs to be done does not require previous experience.
Outside management help will be welcome {all levels including beginner}.
Anyone wishing to act as an {for now unpaid} intern will be given a written reference. In addition there would be a commission offered.
I'm not sure why a non-musician would want to break into this business, but I'm more than willing to give someone a good excuse for making contacts.
